At Nicobar, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure products are unused, unwashed, and retained in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Pack the items securely in their original box; our courier partner will arrive within 3-5 business days to perform a quick on-the-spot quality inspection.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Hand over the package to our logistics partner once the inspection is cleared, and ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
